Mother’s Day Special| Reinvent Yourself and Love Your Life
It is never too late to get started rather than never get started at all.
I adopted that approach to reinvent myself.
As my children are growing up, and they go to school, I begin to reinvent my life.
With the help of Internet and technology, I ventured into different things from online store, affiliate marketing and finally I find my calling as a coach and a consultant.
When I reinvent myself, I begin to love my life. I’m no longer bored and tired with my life. 🙂
There are unlimited possibilities to reinvent my life.
I can write my blog , create videos and use social media to connect with people.
Internet isn’t only about information, but it changes the way we communicate with people. We use Internet and technology to communicate with people.
I’m excited to welcome future friends, fans and followers on social media. I can have a mentor from LA, clients from UK and connecting with people miles away using online meeting.
So, why do mothers need to reinvent yourself?
When you recover or discover something that nourishes your soul and brings joy, care enough about yourself to make room for it in your life. – Jean Shinoda Bolen
I love the quote above. It is important that we don’t lose ourselves, although we make sacrifice of our time and efforts for family. When we reinvent or discover something that excites us, we receive fulfilment, and we care enough to make the time and efforts in our life. The joy in fulfilment brings gratitude and attracts blessings in life. Coaching people and supporting them gives me fulfilment. I feel alive when I develop myself, not just living my life, but loving my life. Life is so busy, and most people want to be heard and to express themselves. When I give them the opportunity to be heard, and they hear their voice reflection, a shift can happen. They find clarity and often their own solution.
What stopped mothers from reinventing themselves?
In the beginning of my journey, limiting belief and fear often sabotaged me. Until I get coached and my coach believed in me more than I believed in myself. It is not your fault that you embed limiting belief in your subconscious. You might receive critics and judgements in the past which are strong enough to destroy your self-worth. Don’t let other people limit you. Lifting limiting belief can set us free to stretch our capability. We are no longer complaining “this is hard” and “it can’t be done” and it changes into “it must be done. ”
How can you get started to reinvent yourselves?
First, find your ambition. Maybe you’ve ambition that you want to revive. What makes your heart sing ? Download Inspire Your Ambition to get started.
Second, support your ambition with your belief. Your belief must be nourished so it will grow stronger, to root deep inside of you. You may decide to work with a coach or a group of like-minded people so your belief grows stronger.
Third, take action. Play, experiment and enjoy the fun to take actions for your ambition. Read inspiring goals. 😉
Fourth, be responsible and be accountable. Taking responsibility means owning your reinvention. In coaching, a coach can hold the client to be accountable so the client is more committed to take actions.
Yes…the ultimate benefit of reinvention is fulfilment and you develop your potentials. It gives you the feeling to love your life again, not just living. The joy in fulfilment will attract more blessings into your life. Reinvention also helps me enrich my experiences, exercise my creativity and build my skills. All good characters are already inside of you, mothers. Happy Mother’s Day to fellow mothers! Reinvent yourself to fall in love with your life again! 😀
