What is Holistic Business?
Holistic business is relatively a new concept. The word HOLISTIC which means WHOLE is used mostly by natural health practitioners to describe that the whole health is indeed important for a person to live healthily and happily. If one part of our body isn't well, it will affect the whole body, thus affects the quality of our life. It prevails the same with the business. If there's one aspect of business doesn't function well, it will affect the whole business.
Taking the holistic concept from the health perspective, if we just fix the problem temporarily like putting the band-aid and wish the problem will go away, the problem won't go away and will irritate us and will affect the whole business, thus the business isn't healthy. The holistic business is like an ecosytem where all elements of the business are interconnected and working together well, aligned with your vision. You will be happy of running a holistic business.

What do we expect from a client?
It is your choice as to how far and how fast you want to go. For maximum results, you must have willingness to “to do the work." You also need to be coachable; this means being open to make changes in your behaviors and perceptions. The coaching process is about taking action. The coaching relationship is in no way to be construed as psychological counselling or any type of therapy.
What can you expect from a coach?
The coach will create and sustain a safe haven for the client to explore, make mistakes, discuss new ideas, evaluate past or current challenges, express fears and concerns, and ultimately let the client be himself/herself without fear of judgement. The coach will adhere to 11 coaching core competencies coaching governed by International Coach Federation.
