As I am working solo, I often face challenges, setbacks and I don’t give up yet because solopreneurship is part of developing myself, to unlock my gifts and talents.

What is the motivation to keep going, to keep moving forward, to build a sustainable business, and to love the business even more?
I would say, why not use the positive energy of love to empower yourself and your solopreneurship journey so you build resilience.

    Your well-being is the foundation of your success. You don’t want to be successful at the cost of your physical and mental health. Make sure that you have enough sleep while you’re working on your business. Nourish your body with healthy food and safeguard your mind with the information you want to receive. Make time for self-care and make sure you have a balance between work and life.
  2. Identify your core values, what makes you happy?
    Start understanding your core values, what makes you happy in your life or working in your business? Doing things according to your core values means you are in alignment with yourself and loving yourself even more. Choosing friends and partners that share the same core values with us can make us happy
  3. Practice appreciation
    Practice appreciation is looking for things that we appreciate can ease stress, and at the same time, you focus on good things and may open up new possibilities or new perspectives.
